The Telos Group
David Giannetto, one of the nation's newest emerging business thoerists, delivered the keynote presentation at Mediacom Communication’s bi-annual Management Conference. Mediacom, the nation’s eighth largest cable television, high-speed Internet, and phone services provider, brought together their top 150 executives and managers for the four-day event in northern New Jersey.

“This conference marks Mediacom’s renewed focus on making every customer interaction an outstanding experience,” states John Pascarelli, executive vice president of operations for Mediacom. “We wanted the keynote to be more than just entertainment or theory; we wanted all that translated into practical terms and a plan we could get behind. David Giannetto brings that unique combination as a keynote speaker – translating deep theory into practical application.”

As one of the most experienced practitioners and a recognized thought leader in the Enterprise and Business Performance Management arena, Giannetto has keynoted some of the largest performance management oriented conferences in the country. As co-author of The Performance Power Grid: The Proven Method to Create and Sustain Superior Organizational Performance (Wiley, 2006), he is known for coloring his delivery with real-life experience and providing practical advice on how management can improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and systems integration, and a holistic EPM methodology that integrates strategic, operational, and financial management.

Mediacom, which services more than 1,500 communities in 24 states, with over 4,000 employees, is known for its cutting edge products and services. This keynote kicks off a new enterprise-wide “customer-centric” initiative to increase the overall customer experience and translate to a clear increase in both revenue and profitability. The approach to this initiative, beginning in late June and spanning the following 4 months, is further detailed in Giannetto’s US Business Review article from February 2008.
